Delay or Unprepared Signer Fee

To respect everyone's time, if the signing cannot begin within 15 minutes of arrival due to incomplete documents, absent parties, or other preventable delays, a $25 standby fee will apply. After 30 minutes, a $50 rebooking or cancellation fee may apply.
